I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

There are circumstances that may be outside of our control—such as natural disasters, holidays, customs procedures, or weather conditions—that could result in shipping postponements. While most packages arrive within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur with our carriers. For this reason, we do not guarantee an exact delivery date; any delivery issues after shipment are the responsibility of the shipping company.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You may cancel your order with no penalty within 24 hours of placing it. To request a cancellation, please send us an email with the subject line “CANCEL”. If the item has already been shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible.
I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, please reply to your order confirmation email with the correct details or notify us immediately via email within 24 hours. We will do our best to update the address before shipment.
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
We ship every item with protective packaging and extra padding. Despite this care, approximately 1 in 1000 products may arrive damaged due to mail service mistreatment. If this happens, please contact us with:
– Your order number.
– A clear picture of the damaged product.
Once received, we will be happy to send a replacement free of charge.
